📋 Vendor Agreement
By signing below, I acknowledge and agree to the following:
Set-up begins Saturday, March 7th at 8AM. Booths should be ready to be shopped by 10AM. Sunday organizers will be on site by 8am as well.
Booths must remain open until end times both days.
Vendors must supply their own tables, tents (frames only no tops indoors), and displays.
If tables are needed a fee of $25 will apply and the deadline for table request is Feb 20th.
This is a fundraiser for the hosting school weather related cancelation will be rescheduled, if unable to attend reschedule date a 50% refund will be given. No other refunds will be issued.
Family-friendly merchandise only.
Organizers are not responsible for loss, theft, or injury. Outdoor set ups will need to be covered at night there isn't a way to close up yard space.
