    Please put your name and any pertinent information INSIDE the box your shipping the materials in. If we cannot match your items with the name, you ordered with it will create a longer turnaround time.

    Return shipment is approx.: 1-2 weeks after your items have arrived at the studio. You will receive a message when we receive your package, and before we start your order we will confirm your options.

    Any delays will be communicated with you. Then we will verify shipping address and that you are ready for the item to be shipped back to you.

    Left over materials up to 3 lbs can be sent back with your Keepsake. If you would prefer to have all your remaining materials back an $5 charge will be added to cover any shipping increases.

     

  • Material Requirements

    Material Requirements: We ask that all material be washed in baking soda or a non scented detergent before shipping.

    Baby or small child sized clothing will require 2-4 items

    Adult clothing 1-3 items work well with this pattern. Contrast fabrics for the layers give the keepsake a more appealing look. these can be your fabrics or we supply coordinating fabric to achieve the look.
